Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship from Connecticut, USA to all U.S. states and most international destinations, including Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Processing Times

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Connecticut, USA.


  • In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items, such as seasonal craft boxes, will ship on or around the date listed on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?


Processing time: Orders are packed within 5–7 business days (pre-orders ship on the date listed on the product page).

Transit time (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

International: Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, but times vary by destination and customs.

How do I track my order?


Tracked shipping: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Untracked mail: This option does not include tracking updates. If you select untracked mail, you assume full responsibility for delivery and must contact USPS (or your local postal service for international orders) directly if the package is delayed.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact us at help@ephemeraclub.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, email help@ephemeraclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or store credit if available.

How long does it take to process my return?

If we have approved a replacement or store credit for a damaged item, we typically process it within 5–7 business days after receiving your email and photos.

Mail Club

When will I be charged?

Subscriptions renew monthly based on your original signup date. You’ll be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes! You can update your address through your subscription portal. Changes must be made before your next billing date.

I was charged but want to cancel — can I get a refund?

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, we’re unable to issue refunds. Please make sure to cancel before your next billing date.

How do I access my subscription / membership portal?

You can access your subscription by logging into your account on our website.

Once logged in:

• Click on the menu (top left corner)

• Tap Account

• Select Customer Portal Page

From there, you’ll be able to pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription anytime 

I can’t find my account — what should I do?

Make sure you’re using the same email you used at checkout. If needed, you can request a login link or contact us for help at help@ephemeraclub.com
