Processing Times
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Connecticut, USA.

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items, such as seasonal craft boxes, will ship on or around the date listed on the product page.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.

Tracked Shipping: Includes a tracking number and delivery updates. Recommended for international orders.

Untracked Mail: A more affordable option with no tracking updates once the package leaves our facility.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
Responsibility for Delivery

Tracked Shipping: We will provide tracking details and assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or delayed.

Untracked Mail: If you select untracked mail, you assume full responsibility for delivery. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or delayed untracked packages. If your package does not arrive on time, it is your responsibility to contact USPS (or your local postal service for international orders).
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
