Return & Refund Policy

 

All Sales Final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully package every order, but if your box arrives damaged in transit or with a missing item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at ephemeraclubct@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We will gladly replace the damaged or missing item(s) or provide a store credit if a replacement is not available.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

  • Tracked Shipping: If you selected a tracked shipping method, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or delayed.

  • Untracked Mail: If you choose untracked mail, you assume full responsibility for delivery. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or delayed untracked packages. If your package does not arrive on time, it is your responsibility to contact USPS directly regarding the status of the shipment.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production begins and we cannot cancel the order.
